If the story i read was correct, It sounded like he had a bout with the flu recently..
Since he was a Jehovah's witness, drugs don't seem likely.. my guess would be.. flu or pneumonia ..
Autopsy may not be complete today, maybe next week.

I had the H1N1 flu variant a few weeks ago... absolutely crushed me. 103.8 fever max .
I'm in great shape otherwise but even a full week after it peaked my pulse ox was still 91% (at sea level) with mild pneumonia for 2 more weeks.
So the flu this year can certainly kill, and it will.
Interestingly in my 103 degree delirium I was listening to Purple Rain.....

The first song I heard from him was Little Red Corvette, didn't much impress me. Then Purple Rain came out and he was everywhere, still I wasn't sure, couldn't relate too well.
Then, one night I was watching the American Music Awards with a friend. Mostly I didn't like that show because a large portion of the music was canned and the artists were doing a high end version of karaoke. Prince came out and did Purple Rain live. It had so much energy, at one point he kicks over the mic stand in a burning fury of guitar work. I was sold!
