I had a bengal for a while and my wife and I gave it away because it was soooooooo loud and kept waking up our kids. A friend's bengal is the same way.
Is your like that Lorenzo?
No. Mine sleeps with me. She waits until I get settled and then gets under the covers between us until it's time to get up. She has an internal clock and always gets up within a few minutes of the same time every day. ( the time change has thrown her off.) if I try to sleep in, though, she head butts me and as a last resort will stick one claw in my nose to wake me up. Always works. What she really wants is breakfast.
She's loud around meal times. She's on a diet to try and keep her to 15 lbs, so she's always hungry. Right now she's lobbying for the 10:30 feeding. bengals often have bladder stone issues, so it's best to keep them slimmer.
And she's loud when she wants to play. Bengals are way more active than an ordinary cat, so they need more stimulation. A half hour-45 minutes play a day is minimum. Besides that, Cat puzzles( she figures those out pretty quick) excercize wheels, tunnels, cat trees, high shelves, fetch, and chase games are daily routines. She loves taking a shower with me. ( Bengals generally love water).
Once a week, we do a treasure hunt. I lock her in a bathroom and hide treats around the house for her to find. She has a ball hunting the food out very purposefully. She seems to know when she got them all.
