Or should we send in the bearded killers to round up and execute these tree hugging eco terrorists? I mean look what they did to these perfectly good buildings.

The government can't "grab" its own land.

Okie Dokie mirrorman.

So an unrelated case from 2002 is your smoking gun that justifies current and future events?

Answering your question the Chief I don't have enough relevant information about the "green energy" solar project you reference to make an assessment of the project's viability. But unless otherwise informed I see no particular reason to oppose the project. You however do seem pretty opposed to this project. Perhaps you will elucidate for us LibTards.

Now I have a question for you the Chief.
How many of those battles for access and other battles you fought single handedly against the overreach of Government did you wage by threat of armed resistance?

Not to get all constitutional, but the government can't take land away via statute. It must do so through condemnation. Someone cite the "legislation" providing otherwise.

And you Mirrorman are as innocent of transgression as Benedict Arnold.

Wow. And you have the audacity to call me out as disrespectful ekat. Never once doing the same to the prevailing hate posters here.

Wow is right. Hard to believe you could post that whopper with a straight face.

Here's the Chuffster fighting one of his, "many other battles I assisted fight against the gov't to open or keep areas opened so that climbers and all others can enjoy their land."

Proposed Rule: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Endangered Status for the Sierra Nevada Yellow-legged Frog and the Northern Distinct Population Segment of the Mountain Yellow-legged Frog, and Threatened Status for the Yosemite Toad
Document ID: FWS-R8-ES-2012-0100-0001 Docket ID: FWS-R8-ES-2012-0100
Comment ID: FWS-R8-ES-2012-0100-0202

Comment:

This is totally insane. Not are you going to cease the access of fisherman and backpackers that have a long standing heritage, but you will be shutting down several business that have been operating for decades in the area, by this action. The town of Bishop and Toms Place depend on this recreation for their summer livelihood. By imposing these actions and restrictions, you will threaten many businesses in town and that of Toms Place that depend on the access and fishing recreation in these areas. Wrong Wrong and more Wrong. You folks just do not get it. Rick Poedtke Bishop, CA

Note the only edit I've done here is to remove Chuff's street address from the comment as a courtesy, given I wouldn't want my own street address plastered on the 'net.

Quite the battle you're waging there Chuff. I'm sure the land managers are convinced by your persuasive powers of argumentation...argumentation that does not address anything about the proposed rule other than whining about the $$$ effects it may have on your side job. No addressing the science or actual event, but that's how you roll.

It's clear the whole OhCOWpie MOOvement and the kerfuffle in Bundistan is an extension of the O.D.S. (Obama derangement syndrome) that has grabbed and tugged the right-wingers by the short curly ones. This insidious effort is directly funded and promulgated by some really sleazy anti-American Billionaires who want the whole pie for them selves.
Chuff and Rong and the gang are dutiful soldiers in a war against America for the enriching of the 1%.
March on Brothers in smarm.

Here is an interesting story for disscussion.

The peoples land is just that....for all of the people, not just for private landowners. Right wing fanatics (those words go hand in glove) want public land to become private land....their private land to rape and pillage to their hearts delight.

Well....clearing in Yosemite, going climbing....good idea for everyone on this thread.

I'd love to go climbing but I am waiting for the parts to arrive so I can repair Jello's electric wheel chair. Glad he has insurance at this time in his life. Thanks Obama Care.

And again for the thick headed, No Chuffie I don't endorse those rape and run projects of the extractive mineral industries. I am opposed to burning coal or splitting atoms to boil water. I encourage the development of clean renewable energy. Got that?

^it might have something to do with the aims of the respective movements, eh, Philo?

Bundyites nearly incite a firefight in the name of keeping his cattle and cementing his right to continue ranching on the same barely productive land, while occupiers sit for: reduction in the influence of corporations on politics, more balanced distribution of income, more and better jobs, bank reform (especially to curtail speculative trading by banks), forgiveness of student loan debt and alleviation of the foreclosure situation. But that's just Wikipedia's take on it.

I think that the BLM could have pulled some less-than-lethal tools into the mix and gotten a pretty hilarious result out of the Bundistan thing.
