Arlene Blum anyone? She might not be top 10, but she definitely has some notable work and an important place in women's mountaineering.

Julie Brugger is still out there, she certainly makes the regional NW list if not global, along with Carla Firey (and her mother Joan), and Fay Pullen is a stalwart Northwest mountaineering sort.

Julie Brugger and Andy DeKlerk's ascent of the Moonflower was the routes 3rd ascent. Together they also climbed the Cassin, the north face of Alberta (probably the 4th or 5th ascent of that route), and Cerro Torre to the true summit- and if I recall all four of those ascents occurred in less than two years. This was around 1993 I think.
