A high protein diet with natural sugars and low carbs seems to be working for me
Stay with it because it works for you!
We all have different genetic makeup and gut flora. What works for me may not work for you.
That said, if I were you, I would try to eliminate sugar completely, add fish and veggies to your diet.
I canít eat gluten or dairy, which for me create an opposite problem. I canít gain weight. A year ago I wanted to gain weight before my Karakoram trip, so I added a lot of fat (and beer) to my diet. No luck! So, eventually I cut down my fat intake. Also, processed food make me ill. But, again, itís just my personal experience.
