I wish Cosmiccragman was on this thread still. Cosmic, are you still out there?
He was so proud when the president kept his campaign promise to move our embassy to Jerusalem.
I'd like to ask his impression of Trump's recent G-7 performance (It'd be nice to just get an answer without all the usual noise).
Cosmic and other conservatives: why, oh why did our President suggest that Russia should be readmitted to that G-7? Why the overt hostility to our free-world allies of 70 years?
My impression is that Trump was keeping a campaign promise by suggesting Russia's readmission. I can't think of any other reason he'd do it.
My worry is that the promise Trump made wasn't to American voters.
Please explain to me how I am wrong.

Well we all know the Trump is a lousy deal maker because he's nothing more than a cowardly bully
and when he doesn't get his way, he will whine and retaliate.

He is leading.
He is stopping the flagrant disregard our "friends" have for fair trade.
Your paychecks go farther than they have in the last decade because he is not afraid to dismantle the insane regulations put on this nation by the last admin.
You cry because he doesn't do things the way you think they should be done but, are more than happy to reap the benefits of his work.

Thanks Pud, but conclusions aren't very helpful. On the other hand I'd like to read your explanations behind that conclusion.
I see him driving away allies who share our values. I'll read your explanation of how I am wrong (your explanation, not your conclusion - your conclusion isn't interesting).
And do you have an explanation for why he suggested bringing Russia back into the G-7?
Same with your Rick. You "drive by" this thread once in a while and give your conclusions. Care to provide any of the explanation behind them?
How are my impressions of Trump on these issues wrong?

They hate all those pesky job killing regulations except when the regulations affect them.
Note to Mr. Clueless, all regulations are put in place to protect people LIKE YOU, except they are protecting other people that need protection
or big things that need protection, like the air, water and environment

Regulations create jobs, my job as an air pollution tester is because of regulations
Fact, cutting regulations only kills jobs, no jobs are created because some company can pollute more

Name those regulations passed into law by the Obama Administration that were "insane"
and then "dismantled", therefore resulting in larger paychecks for me
