Oh shit! That is a SCORE.
Basically you can blend any damn thing you want with that.
A lot of folks are into "juicing".....turning any type of veggies and fruits into juices.
Have fun....there are lots of web resources in addition to whatever folks on here will add.
I've been lusting after a Vitamix. If you ever decide it's not for you let me know,

nice score. we got one for our wedding. it sits in the cupboard taking up a lot of space. our $100 Nutribullet on the other hand sees daily usage and stays out on the counter taking up a few square inches.

Juicing is great but don't underestimate the function of chewing and saliva in digestion. Nobody has time for that anymore.
I have made some amazing remedies for what ails me using a juicer. One of the benefits of juicing is that you can learn something about nutrition and food if you are so inclined.
Happy trails. And try adding Nettles to the mix- a lesser-known superfood. Just use rubber gloves.

Mayonaise - Blend stepping up to high for 30 sec, 3 room temp egg yokes, a little water, a little vinegar, some garlic, salt. Reduce to 8 and add 1 to 2 cups oil (canola, sunflower, light olive oil) drizzled in as slow as possible until thickened. 3 min.

Add strawberry or raspberry kefir, some pomegranate juice, and a few tablespoons of shredded coconut to that...pure perfection.

Almond milk - Soak in 1 qt. mason jar, 1/2 quart of raw almonds. In the morning, rinse well and refill mason jar with water. Blend stepping up to high for 30 sec.. strain thru nut sack (yes, I just said that) purchased at health food store (or buy paint straining bags at Home Depot for 1/3 the price). Squeeze gently till all is drained from the nut sack. return to Vita Mix and add vanilla, a pinch of salt and a dollop of maple syrup. Blend on low for a moment. Divine. The almond solids can be dried and used in pancakes or any other baking.

And here I thought all I needed was a picture a day!
My brother-in-law has been using this for years and years.
http://www.westwayfeed.com/products/dairy/mol-mix/
But he's a dariyman and the company's local rep and he never climbs.
Frankly, I fail to see the point in juicing if one eats a regular diet of fruits and veggies and ice cream and beer.
Don't forget to brush your teeth after eating food with Mol-Mix, kids.

Doh! TGT beat me to it... The first thing I thought of when I read the title :)
You can also blend dried oatmeal to make oat flour, for substitution of wheat flour into cookie recipes.

Throw in some dark leafy greens into that fruity blend, the vitamix blends so well you won't even know they are in there (except for the color).

my first blend was "Blueberries, banana, strawberry and almond milk!
add some protein powder and 1 more random item I happen to have and I do that almost every morning...
slicing up your bananas and stocking them in a container in the freezer is nice.
I like frozen strawbs more too because they make the whole thing freeze up nice.

My blender is a piece of crap...
I borrow my neighbors vitamix to make ...delicious pesto.. It works perfectly crushing all the almonds, or pistachios .. i use those nuts instead of expensive pinenuts......
cool score!
Edit, Wayno...I was hoping to see you at the facelift...I want you to cook us a dinner..(-;......I will do the prep, and wash the dishes...Next year, Ok?
