Trolling is the lazy man's method.

Depends what species you're after.

Fish wheel.

That way, you only catch the stupid ones.

You can be off doing something else.

Depends on the body of water and desired species. Be more specific.

Trolling can be very effective. Sometimes it's not.

Rotenone, O Rotten One.

It frees the mind for other things.

Use a weir to catch the corpses as they tumble downstream.

And hang the consequences.

"Catch and release" is for bleeding hearts.

Dynamite sounds good. Gotta limit the gear. Tenkara on flotsam for Yellowtail? Bring your sunscreen.

I once read a story of a guy who speared a black sea bass off of southern ca. He was towed around for a while.

Andy, I had never heard of Tenkara. Looks perfect for Sierra stream-fishing!!

I just may get into that. Trad fly-fishing looks too time-consuming to learn proficiently.

Looks like some people on this forum go for brazen effrontery and crudeness, which I would consider more of a Gaffing technique than a passive lure troll.

They catch more fish if you look at post count in political threads, but a higher percentage of them are kicked off the boat.

Nice fish, Tad!

Good one, Brennan, for Mutti's Day, especially.

Mom had to drive to Sonora one Mom's Day to get little brother Tim out of jail for not having had a license and getting caught on a warrant.

Jimmy, that is some seriously sadistic symbolism. Disturbing, yet provocative.
