Which brings us to other questions....the treatment of our vets when they do come home. Quite sad when you think about.
Cutting services to these folks and their families seems to be a criminal act in my mind.
I hold no ill will towards Chief, I just don't agree with him.

Ron, seriously, I don't see how you can support this guy. He's a trespasser, a cheat and a freeloader. He got away with stealing from the taxpayer for 20 years, and now he's whining because he has to stop.

Actually locker, I was late to the party and missed the 9-11:30 posts. Judging by the reactions they elicited I'm sure they were pretty bad.
Here's my $.02. I've basically stopped engaging him. Not entirely, but mostly. I'm guilty of taking shots at him. It's pretty obvious that he's got some very serious coping/mental health problems. He's experienced some truly awful sh#t during his time as a Seal that I can't even begin to imagine. That's not an excuse for him to be a raging, anti social, domineering as#@&%e--at all. At some point he probably will be banned--deservedly so. But wasting hours going round and round with him is truly a pointless endeavor and it feeds his darker tendencies. And I've seen some good qualities from him too.

Ron, I read what you wrote. It doesn't change what's going on with Bundy. He's a crook working the system.
The BLM has many responsibilities, one of them is conservation. Some folks don't like that, but that's the way it is. They do the best they can.

Most notably a black democratic president who forces his massive health care bill down the throats of decent Merkins.

Yesterday i spoke with a BLM mananager
currently working for the Carson district and
he too was appalled at this incident and the
techniques employed by his own agency
Interesting. Because just the other day I spoke with an
uneducated mormon redneck currently gazing his cattle on
BLM land who is appalled that the far right has successfully
mobilized a group of armed idiots to defend a common criminal
who refuses to pay the very reasonable fees every other rancher
pays to graze their cattle on BLM land.
