Big Mike! Welcome! There will be several noted snorers in the group camp. Bring your earplugs folks and don't camp near ImStein. He's the Idaho champion snorer.

ryanb. Thanks for the "heads-up" about the breadloaves pump. I'll check it out. There is also good water down in Almo at the park HQ, plus free internet, with a daily time limit. Verizon & AT&T internet & phone is also available near Almo, but only rarely up at "The City."

whoever doesn't know the area well can anticipate a tour.

I can't wait. The last time I saw you at L'worth, Jim, I couldn't tie in due to the dreaded gout. I really hope I don't have to go through that again.

I will be attending, via crashing at Wayno's dog friendly camp.

Masha said it would be cool if you want to drive with us. She will take the back with the dog and we can stretch our legs in front.

I doubt seriously if I'll be able to attend. Took a summer job at VVR. Lake Thomas Edison, Vermillion Valley Resort.

Ought to be able to meet some men my age, I kinda like the scruffy PCT thru-hiker look!

I will try, I'm ready to start climbing again, and hate to miss all the cool peeps.

Hi Fritz

I've been lurking & watching this thread since the get-go, wishing I could join the campfire... finally thought "Y knot?" So...if there's still space in the group site I'd like to sign on.

Em (of Wyde)

PS happy to help with cooking & camp chores

Thanks, Jim

If group site is full, maybe I can sleep across the street with the dogs (Brutus used to call me the avy poodle so I'll feel right at home)

Great: Emknot is more than welcome, and Hardly Visible just emailed a request to group camp with us.

Group camp is back up to 30 people, 0 pets, 0 small children.

That's the limit for now.

I'm still knocked on my ass with gout but the serum must get through...

At this point it looks like the food will cost about a hundred bucks a day, give or take a sawbuck. Divided by thirty-something and that ain't bad.

No Paypal necessary, pay what you can, if you can, it always works out.

Hardly Visible? Always a pleasure, Kevin.

Wayno-

I've been pretty busy working on a real estate transaction, but I still need to contact you re: helping out with the food. Too much going on to focus on anything other than the business at hand. My apologies!

This event is coming sooner than we all realize; it needs to be kept "front and center." So....

BUMP!

Everyone think of a campfire game or two. I'll bring a sharpened crampon for one that I introduced to some young French climbers in Patagonia some years ago....they were somewhat taken aback.

Speaking of COR campsite entertainment: Our pal ImStein is working on his photo-portfolio of "Restrained-climbers."

He will be attending!

It's a glorious opportunity for COR campers to show their "restrained-personality"

Count on it!
