a thorough declination of substance
is evident within our psychologically advanced species.
we rely more on brains,
than we do brawn.
i am as guilty as god, is this case.
though i abhor this tendency,
because i admire within myself,
and within my culture,
those people whom
exist upon the fruits of their physical resolve.
pulling a small trigger with your pointer finger
is sissy. anyone can do it.
an infant, even.
now responding to adversity with
nothin more than your evolutionary gifted flesh?
this requires a person of depth.
and this is who i aspire to become.
and this is whom i admire:
folks with life spark issuing of their actions.
the rest of you whom define yourselves
according to your purchases
(that is all it takes to get a gun)
i've no use for you,
nor do i have any respect for you.

I dont see Wege as a hipocrite. Hes expressing his opinion. By this thread i take his opinin to be that of anti-gun sentiment. And he openly states his presumption that gun ownership singularly devalues the owner.
The vegan wearing leather, just like those who eat meat yet deplore hunting, is a hipocrite.
At least in that regard. I would not automaticly discount them as worthless.
But please, take a deep breath so you can declare our wonderful freedom and decry guns at the same time. Or religion. Or cell phones. Or the damage from bolting.
And how all of them should be banned.

Nah. Just random crap i guess. Comes from having met enough with that particular mindset that it came to mind as a worthwhile example. Perhaps not.
Just tired of the (generalizing here) "i hate that lets ban it" mindset.

Girlfriend was a veggie for over a decade. Only eats organic meat now. We too have been eating deer steak of late.
But thats not how we define ourselves, its just a thing we do. Like climbing.

Just curious, has anyone ditched their guns and just happened to notice that their "little dicks" immediately grew a couple of inches?
edit: the reason i ask is because i have a winchester 30/30 stashed away in my storage locker that I haven't even dug out, let alone shot, in 10-15 years, and i was thinkin' if perhaps I got rid of that rifle, maybe there actually may be some correlation between "little dicks" and ...
oh, never mind!!
