Hanging out.
Credit: The Larry
Oh Larry, were you jumping again and get hung up? Which area? Gemini? I'm holdin' you to the promise of teachin' me how to do that jumpin' and flyin' stuff....I'm aiming for the Tombstone thingy....maybe it'll be my tombstone. Jump down then pedal out to Hurrah Pass or Amasa Back. Yeah, dreams of living large for this old gal!
Hope to be back out that way soon

Leggs,
I took all those pictures except for the 2 deers having fun in the snow.
The Grizzly Bear posted, was spotted sauntering down through a picnic ground a few km's before the Banff / Jasper park boundaries on my way West on the road from Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.
I put ON the brakes and let it walk across the road to where the pic was taken. Here's an other of the same beast:
BIG BEAR... And a really fast beating heart taking the pic.
WOO HOO ! life is ENJOYABLE !

Susan... nice photo!
Treez ... I Enjoy your Name. And "Chillkoot River" seems enchanting.
Jim... I LOVE Banff. Love it. When mom was still alive all my family did was travel by truck/camper up and down the Pacific NW, into Canada. One year in Banff, my brother got lost, and we were terrified he would become victim of a bear in the area. As we searched for him, my mother freaking out more and more by the moment, we found him happily eating dinner with another family far from our campsite. (despite the fear, a very fond memory)
The photo you captured has me in awe. Thank you again for sharing. :)
Psilocyborg ~ Where was your photo taken? Kind of reminds me of Mt. Shasta.
~Thank you all for sharing... I appreciate it.

I'm rolling
wonderful words
around my head
inspired to write
memorize lines
and get "off book"
PBS in the background
a million photos that remind me of you
Kath... and Hola CREEEEEEEEEEES!
Two cats,
one posting up
high on his tree
a private corner
in the house,
the other
rolled up
like a coiled snake
next to the heater
because she's smart...
brown eyes
smeared with salt
as I think of my mom
A silly smile
as I think of my son
who looks through eyes
that mirror hers
which mirror mine.
~Enjoying Life....
Thank you all for your contributions ...
Studly... your tent is tiny. your smile, huge. Awesome.
{ps: psilocyborg, I hiked there in thigh deep snow as a camp counselor my senior year... for an entire 9 DAYS. I know... epic.) {smiles}
~peace, Leggs
Edit: being the camp counselor for 9 days was epic. i didn't hike in snow for 9 days. ;)
