We have a duty to warn them, after all.

"Wide fetish" is the most egregious in my book.

Try that one with your filter off.

Who is this General Public guy, and why should we care if he thinks we sometimes use rude, coarse language? Some Harper Valley hypocrite or something?

As though the military are a bunch of saints when it comes to language.

yeh "lowe balls" could be offensive and "fist jam" could be considered real naughty. and how about "pumper", "deep and wet 3 finger undercling pocket", "fingercrack", "widecrack", "jamcrack", "milk the crack", "i need to do some crack".. etc..

yeh, dont forget good ol "biner" may be the worst of all.!?

Dave Wakeling and Ranking Roger find this thread offensive, and are reporting you to the mods, MisterE.

Next time, you might want to try some tenderness.

I'm not too concerned if I offend the general public.
LOL, Dale.

my mother passed away 6 years ago, bless her soul. she was the last person of the general public to be offended by anything like this stuff. she was italian, and most of it in english went over her head anyway. as i got to learn italian better, i realized she took a few liberties of her own.

still my favorite climb name ever, by todd skinner, dedicated to his hueco stripper girlfriend: tanks for the mammaries.

oops--for the record, i believe that was shoymin da voymin, not the late, great TS.

Heh heh! One of my (single) climbing partners did a google search on his name and it came up on "Wide Fetish". He was all like "WTF!". Then he clicked on the link and found out he was the photog for a new route on a wide crack and I'd given him the picture credit! LOL!

Nice rack! Duh obvious but this is also a weightlifting term, as in the bar is in the rack position, and if you like my rack, you should see my snatch.
Oh, and lifting also involves jerks.

I had a friend give me a lecture about the inappropriateness of my use of the word 'biner. I just kept quiet and though, "He can't be serious?!"
