I love writing "[SIC]". It makes me feel smart. The wine is pretty good.

and we are going climbing in Val David tomorrow.
Some of the Montreal crew I met on Baffin Island a million years ago took me climbing at Val David after we got back to the south.
I'd torn up a shoulder a year before, but it seemed healed, and gave me no trouble on Baffin. But on one of the climbs at Val David (Bloody Hand???) I ripped it up again.
Have fun, and don't tear up any shoulders.
Edit to add: Right now, I'm enjoying a seasonal IPA from local brewery Airways Brewing. Photo below is the label of their their flagship Skyhag IPA.

I beliebe it's nor friday? At least nor over here. But I AM drunk, Jesus Christ. I'm on holifday, It's been tears since I've been in a state like this. Actually, I donnt mind. I need it.
