Im suprised Tigers Milk bars a such a hit...I'm pretty sure they are built with Hydrogenated Oils....not really the best way to get your fat eh?
When I can't swing real food (bananas, apples, pnut butter) I prefer the ProBar as well...Usually half at a time. I really like most all of the Honey Stinger products as well..for both during and after activities.

I'm with Ghost, peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I can always eat them, taste good, do the job. I gave up manufactured fitness foods a few years ago; don't miss the bars a bit. Some granola, MM, peanut gorp is good too. All the calories in the world don't help if you can't get em down.

love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but a little hard to stuff in my pocket.
don't want to take the time to make anything.
i guess that i am looking for a mini meal in mid afternoon while on the job to hold me over until dinner, and maybe something when i am out in recreation mode.
love fig newtons.
larabar looks interesting.
