I am pretty sure that point Mugu is in Ventura County. So it wouldn't qualify as being in LA County

I don't no Levy I live in Inyo county & it's all owned by L.A. county. Just cause something isn't in L.A. doesn't mean it isn't part of L.A.

Peter Hayes along with the Goyl were the first to set

Bob Kamp is credited with the traverse at apes.

Dad.... ML is at The Martin Landing site..... across street, in the little park, by the town homes before the church. Just drive up the road to TH and park. There are 5 fifth class towers- not boulders..... I climbed one, dragging the rope ala Gritstone style....at the top is some sort of landing craft ring used for supporting the spaceship, the Martians needed to jettison it so their craft would be light enuf to return to Mars. Sort of like our lunar lander on the moon. The crack is around the back side of the place- down low.

enjoy

I like that Red Bolt Tower post.

I have taught kids to lead using the crack system there on the left up to the tree. It's pretty easy but that is perfect for concentration on how to place nuts and stuff.

Never noticed the bolts on the end of the prow. They may be new... to me.
