I could hardly believe how many people were at Stony Piont last evening! There must've been at least 65 people there. I saw several people who rarely visit Stony Point. Tripper Jack Marshall, Dave Katz & many others were there who oI have seldome seen out there. TJM told me he hadn't been to SP in at least 25 years. Good fun.

Who's gonna post up some photos of the fun. I saw cameras so I know there are photos.

great evening running into the biggest crowd i'd seen in a while.
sorry for the delay ran outta time and had to work/surf.
Jack Marshall "Tripper jack" had not touched stoney point sandstone in 25yrs!!! My guess is three kid's along with years of developing new area's is what kept him away from Stoney for twenty-five years.
Spiral traverse is always happen'n.
cole say'n hello Micheal Reardon style!
Nice! Nice! Nice!
look some Free-soloist!
just kidd'n that's david Kat'z one of the founding father's of Tunnel boulders, Purple stone's, climb's somewhere in the Santa Monica mtn's and Malibu Creek.
Good crowd.
Cheers!

Holy cow, that's a lot of people. Wish I could join but the drive from the Westside would be GRIM.

On a seperate note, Jack's original nickname was "Jack Tripper", because he kind of looked like the John Ritter character on Three's Company. I think it was either the Nabolsi or Bob Critchfield (wherever he went) who coined it first. Odd how it evolved into the cooler sounding "Tripper Jack".

Fat Dad - nothing starts happening till after 6 & as you can see, TFish's day doesn't seem to start till the sun goes down.
