From one of the links I posted above... the Mexican Flag!
Another traditional drink that isn’t as well known is the Sangrita, a sweet, spicy and sour drink made from orange juice, tomato juice and hot chile peppers. Traditionally, you would alternate between the Sangrita and a neatly poured glass of premium tequila.
If you are a college kid hell bent on a good time, try the Mexican Flag or Bandera as it’s known in Mexico. Take three shot glasses and fill the first with fresh lime juice (for the green), blanco tequila (for the white) in the second glass and sangrita (for the red) in the third. Then down them back in order for a taste experience you won’t soon forget.

I haven't cracked this one yet. Primarily bought for the unique bottle, but it's an anejo and a numbered bottle, so expect it might be pretty decent.
Some of the lineup presentation style from a couple years ago. :-)

Found it. Dïchbe'H.
Steelmnky you're right, it's mezcal not tequila.
Good sh#t anyway even if it's not tequila.
Choice of worm of scorpion in the bottle.
Apparently only sold locally in Cozumel.

To my surprise, I'm finding I am not a fan of Mezcal. Maybe my mind can be changed over time...

We added a new player to the collection the other day - a most excellent Anejo with great flavor. This is apparently made using blue agave only from their single estate and the pinas are ground using a traditional tahona (giant stone) wheel. Yum :-)

It's nearly impossible to get premium tequila in New Zealand, so I had visitors bring us bottles that we would reimburse them for.
My favorites in this shot of our liquor trolley were the Forteleza and tequila Ocho. Forteleza was the best by a nose.
Now that we're back in the US, I'm amazed at the variety of good tequilas available at most liquor stores. A new favorite is Tres Manos
