fellow traveler

1 someone who is traveling in the same group or on the same train, airplane, etc., as you

2 someone who shares the opinions and beliefs of the people in a group or organization (especially the Communist Party) but does not belong to that group or organization

3 well-wisher, sympathizer - someone who shares your feelings or opinions and hopes that you will be successful

I've been hearing it all over lately. Maybe a coincidence. Britain mostly I think.

Plants, algae, and lichen not only secrete acids but are responsible for increasing the amount of carbonic acid entering the groundwater system. Blue-green algae can produce a surface karst characterized pitting and a sharp-edged spongy lattice of ridges and pinnacles. This epilithic plant-generated karst is called phytokarst.

let's go for a wine-hike out kwagunt-way, out on the land after a day of sunburning and easy water, deepening canyon and lessening petrosocial attachment.

wine-hike is the word of the day.

After perusing the entries, I have made the (regrettable) floccinaucinihilipilification that this is a useless thread for the most part.

Many have floccinaucinihilipilificated the GOP presidential candidate list to be as well.

Turn this thread into another politard debate and you have a true floccinaucinihilipilification.

flag-sucker is my WoD

as in:
Coming of age in a fascist police state will not be a barrel of fun for anybody, much less for people like me, who are not inclined to suffer Nazis gladly and feel only contempt for the cowardly flag-suckers who would gladly give up their outdated freedom to live for the mess of pottage they have been conned into believing will be freedom from fear.
