That dog has adventure in his eyes!

EDIT: Jefe, how old is little Rosebud now? Our Maggie is somewhere around 13/14 we guess. Still wild-eyed and ready to go.

Moqui had to ride shotgun, after losing a simple bet for drivers privileges.

I threw scissors and he clearly threw paper, though he claims it was rock. There was no attempt to curl his paw.

Dogs Can Understand Human Speech A Lot Better Than We Thought
If you have a dog, you probably already suspected this.

I was driving down 49 today towards Mariposa after a LONG detour... Came around a corner. DOG in the road. SH#T. I slam on my brakes, skidding, but no collision and the dog just stood there. I proceeded on but had to pull over in about a mile to eat a piece of chocolate and take a pee.

I was so shaken. If I'd hurt that dog I'd have been devastated.

Dogs love kids!!! They get cranky like us all when they're older, but they still know to be nice to kids.

This thread put a big smile on my face this morn. Thanks, everyone, and especially the hounds. Gotta get out right now with my old dog for a walk. Have a great doggie day, one and all.

Same to you BAd! I just got done walking my dog under the morning moon. Saw our friend the skunk too!

These deer would walk right in if you let 'em. The dog's oblivious to them.
