Supposing it is a repetitive use injury (yours or others) I wonder what the threshold is that has to be crossed for it too start hurting. Sort like, how much inflammation is too much?

I had a similar occurrence with my wrist. Flared up, I rested it, did't do too much icing and then it went away.

Next time I will definitely add Omega-3 to the treatment.

I am sure the Taco has a much better accuracy!

Even though Paladin no longer posts here, unless posthumously to help me out, the ST does have some straight shooters who are not out to make money and have actually had experience with some of the things they talk about.
