The rate of indictments and arrests appears to be accelerating. Trump supporters are like people whining that a farmer hasn't shown them any crops. Well, the crops are ripe, and the farmer is about to harvest them and bring them to market to be haggled over.

Wilbeer, Trump isn't the richest anything. How many times has the man been bankrupt? He's an insecure and hence immature television celebrity/brand at best. That's why he lashes out when attacked by other celebrity pundits. He's the face of a questionable 'luxury' brand... The same people that buy gold utensils on credit can possibly relate.

Cheap shot, ex-con.
Jody hasn't "lived off taxpayer money". He had a job that was paid out of taxpayer money. And his father, Mr. Ranger, didn't just chase Yogi and Boo-Boo away from picnic baskets. He made sure people were safe.
You should direct your "taxpayer money" rage at those CalTrans guys who get a disability check each month because they bruised their armpits leaning on a shovel all day. 8-)
And don't rip on WVB, either.
His idea of "leeching off the National Park System" was to live in a dusty campground with no showers or hot water, while waiting for the opportunity to drag human remains down class 4 trails in the middle of the night for minimum wage, plus tips.

Trump is not just insane. He believes everybody else is insane, too.
Trump says that because Putin was "powerful in his denials", all the evidence of Russian meddling must be inaccurate and false.

The NSA, FBI and other investigators can obtain secret FISA warrants that allow them to wiretap phones, internet and other communication channels that are being used by U.S. citizens conducting illegal activity with foreign co-conspirators.
Trump has been reported as using unsecured cellphones, especially at night, to talk to Sean Hannity and other people who prop him up and advise him.
The FISA warrants are typically are only declassified after indictments have been released. Before then, the public doesn't hear anything about them.
Just saying.

Well, first thing is that Jody did do a job for the taxpayer and was compensated, understandably. How good or bad of job I do not know.
But I agree with Tom, to slag him off for being a LEO, and pull his father into it, that is not on and that just turns people off, IMO. I disagree with most of what Jody believes in, but that is his right to have his opinion. And besides, he is a darn good photographer who supports a traitorous president who Jody thinks is the best ever. History will tell.
As for Werner, I have had my beef with him, and his ad nauseam "stoopid American" posts. But he is a damn fine SAR person.
In my opinion, bringing up these people does the poster no favours. Let's stick to more important facts. I thought what Trump did was utterly disgusting, but that is no surprise.
I do not go for hysteria or hyperbole, if I can help it. I am not a butt hurt snowflake either. Even though I live abroad, for many years, I am still an American (since 1640 my dad's family). I do not like the direction the country is headed - polarized, no compromise, no consensus. Trump has had a hand to play in that but by no means is the sole player.
When we forget about what history has taught us, then we have to go through the pain of learning all over again.©

And BTW, I am no angel or saint. I can be a hypocrite. In the past on the Taco Stand I have been an arse, usually with one glass of wine too many, and frustrated by my own personal circumstances. Johnnyrot Contractor...Interesting perspective of sill.. photo is heading across Palisades Glacier to Glacier Notch (scrambling on loose stuff) then across "L" Snow Field then a hundred meters up N. Couloir to the ledges that access an abbreviated start about 300 meters up from the toe of the Arete.

I was going to start painting in water colors to get away from all this sh#t then Jody crashed the party....it's on!
