All I know is, he made some really good music over the last 50 years.

Many people know his songs from the movies Footloose, Caddyshack and Top Gun.

His name is not Charles Manson.

Is the bus in DV?

GUy, I used Death Valley to loosely! It's not far from Barker Ranch, closer to Ballarat.

Last spring we hiked up Pahrump Point. We passed what sure looked like an unmarked grave. My first thought was Manson. Our friend Tina thought it was a bit too far from Goler Wash.

So if I tell you to kill someone and you go ahead and do it does that make me the murderer?

This thread is starting to sound a bit like the old Saturday Night Live routine of "Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead". Ironically, Franco died Nov 20 of 1975, so maybe Manson's trying to hold on until Monday.

Klaus, yes. in certain circumstances. However, as I posted earlier Manson did much more then merely tell his "Family" to kill people--a circumstance that saw him convicted of multiple capital murders!!!!

Hooble....didn’t your mother tell you that if you can’t say something nice about a person don’t say anything at all?
Charlie had a tough upbringing and his drug use certainly wasn’t helpful.

i think it can be demonstrated that "you WILL get all the bullshit you agree to put up with" and progressively that bull becomes yours to own.

Basically yes. So long as the your actions can be construed as a conspiracy. That can be a gray area. Offering money is certainly conspiracy. Wishing out loud that someone was dead, probably not. Running a cult. brainwashing a group of young adults, and telling them to kill someone, slam dunk conspiracy

CA Penal code 182 in part provides:

182.
(a) If two or more persons conspire:
(1) To commit any crime. . . . . .
. . . When they conspire to commit any other felony, they shall be punishable in the same manner and to the same extent as is provided for the punishment of that felony.

i'm a false blond
and far from a superhero

so i am artificially confused
by the association assigned between
me and Charles Manson.

i have never murdered anyone.

usually when i encounter a fellow warm being
i simply suggest via word and action that
they follow their eclectic quest.

and then i lean back and stare really far away
as the drool issues from each side of my mouth;
usually heavier on the left cause i tilt that way.

..dude's shite was way f*#ked. he brought harm.
and i will not shed a tear upon his demise.

he is kin with Donald Trump.

-yea, i'm weege

Harboring someone you know that committed murder, even if you did not witness said crime,
Like driving the " get away car " is enough to get you sent away.

i have not murdered anybody.
nor have i witnessed a murder.
i don't know anyone who's committed a murder.

i'm not going away.
hell, i'm permanently astray.

It’s always rewarding to call Bakersfield home.

Charlie is resting comfortably about a half mile from where I sit.
