Vitaliy, I feel like supertopo is pretty fortunate to have EC Joe on here.
I'd be even more grateful if you, EC, could draw where archangel goes on this photo. Or at least describe where the start is, if you would

Send, that 2p route follows an obvious line up the front of the buttress that starts in a left facing corner. The first pitch is 5.9, and the 2nd is 5.7. The rock is a little grainy. It was a fun little side trip on the descent from Sabre, but I wouldn't make a special trip just to climb it.

Yeah, EC's post are frequently very informative and so is his site. Hope the site stays for a long time as there is a LOT of good stuff on it.
Additional question for EC or anyone that has climbed the Archangel, is about the approach. From Hamilton lake, did you hike up the switchbacks East and up and did a short section of cl.3 bushwhacking to a little ridge and traverse the bottom of the face towards the NW buttress or did you approach as for the South Arete of Angels Wings and scramble over towards it from over there? I heard someone say they did the latter, I believe, but that looks pretty hard and you have to backtrack on trail, cross the creek and bushwhack loads. Might make sense if at bearpaw, but not if at Hamilton lake, I think. Not sure...
