RE-OPENED ROAD:
Pine Creek Road, OPENED; however, road may close again as runoff continues.

CURRENT ROAD CLOSURES:
Lower Rock Creek Road, from Pine Creek to Birchim Lane, CLOSED due to flooding. Alternate route for the community of 40 Acres is via Gorge Road. Date closed: 6/20/17
North Round Valley Road, north of Pine Creek Road, CLOSED due to flooding (bridge damage). Date closed: 6/20/17
Newman Street, about 1 mile north of Stewart Ranch Road near Big Pine. CLOSED due to potential for flooding. Date closed: 6/20/17
Tinemaha Road (dirt road), from Fuller Road to Taboose Creek Road, CLOSED due to flooding. Date closed 6/20/17
Goodale Creek Road , from Aberdeen Resort to the Goodale Creek Campground, CLOSED due to flooding. Date closed: 6/21/17
Onion Valley Road, above Seven Pines, CLOSED – due to potential for flooding. Date closed: 6/20/17
Seven Pines cabin community, west of Independence, road CLOSED due to runoff crossing the bridge. Date closed: 6/20/17
North Lake Road, CLOSED due to runoff related road damage. Date closed: 6/17/17
Brockman Lane, between 395 and Dixon Lane, CLOSED due to flooding (runoff crossing road). Date closed 6/2/17

FLOODED / USE CAUTION:
6/20/17: South Round Valley Road is flooded – not currently closed - anyone requiring access to this area is advised to use extreme caution.

D2R2... My bad...It wasn't the bridge by Tom's but one of the culverts closer to Crowley...The road is closed and i understand the sheep camp is flooded...First time i've been wrong on SuperTopo...

Walked the dog out to the western bridge on Dixon Lane tonight. DWP has cut a deep trench through the road just on the west side of the bridge and they were building a big berm on the west side of the trench.

The canal was flowing three or four feet below the bridge, higher than usual lately but not a lot.

Makes me wonder if they're expecting much greater flows on the northern overflow canal (which crosses Brockman and dumps into the canal crossing Dixon). Tonight that overflow canal seemed to be running a good 10% above what I've seen so far this year.

Pure speculation but what those guys are doing seems like how I would prep to save the bridge from a big pulse flow.

Pine Creek is open....That bridge is out towards forty acres. Work pal drove out a couple nights ago.
