People that are not net payers of federal income tax don't get to vote. If you're a net taker, you don't get to vote.
Finally, a look at Trump's tax returns at last.
So if you're seventy years old, you need to bring in maybe 50 years of tax return to the registrar of voters to get your $green card. Genius.

Edited to add: Why the f*#k is it so hard to vote? Why are people standing in line for four or more hours? I think it's time to enforce some national voting standards, including I.D. requirements, voting hours, the number of voting machines per population, early voting days, etc. etc. In fact, ban electronic voting machines altogether; the possibility of hacking is too great. Do what we in Washington and Oregon do, vote by mail. It's easy, there are no lines, and there are paper ballots that can be recounted. Voting in America is a national disgrace. How long have we had elections? More than a few years and still there are constant problems, lines, lost ballots, intimidation, and attempts to limit voting. And I'm talking about Republicans here. What bullsh#t. Set national standards.
In New Zealand everyone over 18 has to register to vote, although voting is not compulsory. In Australia you have to vote. Not a bad idea.

Well, it's becoming pretty clear (with 91% reporting) that Bob D is no prophet, even though he's been trying to use a crystal ball as a large buttplug.
Let's see... I'll call one and see if my prophetic capabilities are a bit better:
I call Northern Mexico... er, Southern California... er, California for Hillarity by 10+%.
