Anyhow, raise your hands...

Who has interviewed...

Maggie Thatcher (in No. 10 and came out alive, she was one tough cookie)
Bill Clinton
Tony Blair (three times)
John Nejedly
Jerome Waldie (I was 15, his office in Danville CA)
Jerry Brown
Michael D Higgins (now president of Ireland)
Bertie Ahern (former Taoiseach/Prime Minister Ireland)
Michael Hesleltine
Michael Howard
Gordon Brown
Denis O'Brien (scumbag Irish billionaire, my front cover of Irish Communications March 1998)
Richard Branson
Sir John Harvey Jones
Dan Boatwright
and, others a lot of others, names you may or may not know (presidents and prime ministers, captains of industries, celebrities, and the best Mr and Ms Joe and Jane Average on the street. Vox Pox).

My point? I tried my best to be an objective journalist, sadly, that ethic seems to have gone by the wayside. Now it is claptrap people listen to, read, and believe.

That's hilarious, monolith.

And so telling.

Maybe there's hope for America, after all.

Hey Vladbolter, I'd rather trust Hillary's judgment over Donald's.

Esco, you are easily amused, aren't you. LOL LOL LOL

I'd rather trust Hillary's judgment over Donald's.

If you think there's any substantive difference between their capacity for judgment, then you are in the same boat as they are. More's the pity.

Another corrupt [woman] judge denies Trump court request.

Clark County Judge Gloria Sturman said the campaign failed to exhaust administrative remedies for its concerns, adding that those records are already preserved by law.

There is a difference Madbolter, you just cannot tell or perhaps understand what it is. Do not pity me, I do not want or need it. I have looked in the mirror many a time, have you?

GCF, they were/are all different.

Maggie, with a senior press officer, press officer, senior aide and aide with her... and just lonely me (it felt it) on the other side of the table (coffee table, wasn't that bad, nice coffee), she wanted to interview me. At least that is what it seemed.

Bill Clinton, as smooth as ice without the chill. And just as slippery as ice. In a nice way.

Tony Blair (first time, he was shadow spokesman for Labour in his office overlooking Westminster parliamentary square or whatever it is called, I should know), he was cool, later... part of the band.

Carlos Salinas de Gortari (president of Mexico), hmmm, slippery. Spoke good English though.

Richard Branson, a cool dude.

Jerome Waldie, running for governor of California at the time, open and honest.

I did not like John Tunney (and I usually vote Democrat), pugilistic, like his dad, hah hah.

S.I. Hayakawa, my first crossover vote from a Demo to a Republican, don't ask me why, I suppose because he impressed me with his intellect (wish I hadn't voted for him in hindsight, but he did not fall asleep at the interview)

Jerry Brown, hard to understand what he was saying, wow man. He ran rings around my ears.

Uh, Prince Philip, not much to be said over a cup of tea.

And the (late) Queen Mother, what a gas she was, I mean it, she was the best. A little Scottish gal, her corgies were not there but I bet she had a flask of gin somewhere on her bodice. She was hilarious, and she liked Yanks.

EDIT
and more

Michael D Higgins, a politician, but a statesman as well. I hope he decides to run for a second term, he has his detractors here in Ireland, but he is sincere.

Denis O'Brien, not my favourite, and apparently Trump does not like him as well (I suppose because Denny O'B has more money). I do not like people who screw their "best friend"/business partner.

Paul McCartney, I was in a group of journos, so no real tale there.

Same with Micko (boy he is skinny), and Bono (no time for him, but he was cordial).

Clint Eastwood, "howdy", and that was it. Shortest interview ever. I expected more from a fellow Bay Arean. Okay, it wasn't that bad.

and... I have to pull out my notebooks.

In the image above, with Trump looking over his wife's shoulder to see her votes - disgusting.

There is a video showing he and Melania going into their polling place to vote, and she has a very grim look on her face. The look of a person who at that moment in time absolutely despises their spouse.

But Happiegrlll she must love him. But, yeah, who did she vote for, and is she even allowed to vote if she was an undocumented alien?

Think it's just about time for everybody to smile at each other, hold hands and ask what are we getting so upset about anyway? Really.

One of my friends, an enthusiastic Democrat, suggested I look at our currency and coins, which all say "In God We Trust." My only problem is that I'm unaware of any Biblical passage that says that God has to honor stupid plans. I think this election is God's judgment on the U.S.

There is a difference Madbolter

No, there is a distinction without a difference.

The problem with factious thinkers is that they firmly believe that their particular faction is the "right" one. Neither of the present factions realize that they are BOTH wrong BECAUSE they are factions.

Trump Tweet: Just out according to @CNN: "Utah officials report voting machine problems across entire country"

Donald, that's 'county', not 'country'.

No wonder they want you to stop tweeting directly.

But the story cited in Trump’s post, which as of 5:45 p.m. EST had been retweeted more than 12,000 times, was actually about just one county in the state. That’s a point CNN was quick to note in its own on-air fact check.

It sounded like such a great idea, but

Theranos also is appealing sanctions proposed by federal regulators, including a ban on founder Elizabeth Holmes from the blood-testing industry for at least two years.

You guys have the boobs in the wrong place. It's liberals (excuse me... "progressives") that are multiplying teets all over the place, the better to get more and more voters addicted to sucking on them, which, of course then converts them to liberals, thus ensuring the perpetual decline of this nation.

The fix is simple: People that are not net payers of federal income tax don't get to vote. If you're a net taker, you don't get to vote.

The principle is simple: Rob Peter to pay Paul, and you'll always have the support of Paul. Hence, Paul doesn't get to multiply his voting bloc power.

That holds for corporations as well.
