Madbolter.. you were doing pretty good until you let Hawkeye get under your skin..
Your "facts" were not facts, but opinions. I am a liberal. I did not support Hillary.
Plus.. Hawkeye may not have said it well, but I believe what he meant is that for some folks to learn what its like to have no insurance, or poor insurance, is to have a family member become gravely ill. Those are the people who then find a bit more compassion.

Today, I could agree that there's "anger and frustration." Never contempt. I do believe that this thread is getting a bit of "thread bleed" from another, where several libs are expressing the hope that my family suffers cancer and bankruptcy while my wife and daughters (fortunately don't have any) get pussy-grabbed.
you support a pussy grabber, if you cant deal with that, i would say thats your problem.
the cancer thing? also yours. you somehow believe that "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" does not include the same health care for people of all walks of life, even those who cannot afford it.
in other words, you dislike being called on your prez and your sh#t, and your thoughts. get over it. so long as your definition of freedom and liberty means that you can sh#t on those who don't have what you have then f*#k you.

My Hillary comment was attempted humour, more so than an attempt to tease. it wasn't that funny. Sorry.
For the record, I think Hillary would have been a better President than she was as a campaigner. Trump on the other hand, is a skillful communicator in certain realms, usually when others are intrigued or in awe of him. He won't have that same auror going for him when thrashing things-out with foreign leaders. Hillary's team will have at least been respected by foreign leaders.
Thanks for the response, I agree with the above statement, Trump is a con artist, looking forward to Cragman combing this site and others ready to dime out his fellow citizens to Newt new committee on un-American activity.

Come on Dean, really. Given your attitude toward our present president I doubt that you would have questioned Dr. Sprock's statement if he was talking about Obama. You are being a hypocrite.
Furthermore Dean, since you support Trump, I suppose you support his stance toward minorities. Well, you may be singing a different tune if he comes for your son in law, or Adopted daughter. You need to do some introspection, and ask yourself what your "God" would think.
