I've always enjoyed his poetry too.
But I've held my tongue until now about his many statements regarding being drunk and depressed and how much his life sucks. He has TWO BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS!!! There is no greater gift on this earth and their presence in his life makes him fortunate beyond words. He's being a moron by being drunk most of the time and therefore not being present for them. Alcoholism is a form of child abuse.
Weeg, when you read this, if you haven't already done so, get off your self absorbed bleating whiny ass and get sober for your daughters!! If your poetry goes to sh#t because you are sober, who cares? Your girls need their one and only father.
Said with love and affection.

I have often been harsh with Norwegian.
I hope he is okay and will keep him in my thoughts.

I'm with ya guyman. I didn't agree with everything he wrote but I prefer it that way anyway.

Norwegian oil revenue, re-invested in the interest of the public has resulted in a nation of millionaires. Furthermore, I've read that millionaires and billionaires live longer than others. Finally, billionaires were not found to have significantly greater longevity than millionaires.
Norse stock is hale and hearty. I hope this finds him well.

Wishing him many happy years of sobriety. If not, then the wisdom to see the path.

Chuck is a complicated fellow. I called him today but he did not answer.
I hope he is well. I know he is dealing with a lot right now.

Weeg was (and I hope is and will be) one of my favorite posters to read. Having been through the valley of the shadow of death about ten years ago myself, I know the pathway through it - and the burdens that pathway lays on its travelers.
Best wishes, Norwegian! Please return as soon as you can.

He certainly likes to dance with his demons, but in the long run they eventually tear you apart. Having booze as your muse is sketchy. The tone in his prose was definitely changing.
Hope his daughters help him to find some peace.
