so that the rules here are perfectly clear

not gonna happen is it......

Even if I don't always agree with him (not that he tends to post clear position statements or logical propositions, lol), I really love Weeg's posts. I'm a bit concerned that his recent posts seem kind of despairing, though several assert a commitment to sobriety and fatherhood. I wonder whether he deactivated his own account, and why...

Can someone who knows him in real life reach out to him and make sure he's doing okay?

I just hope the man is doing well or at least on the road to that. Inner demons can be tough to deal with.

Hey
Wait
what?
Noway !
He was harsh,
Mean and un-repentant
The last post I read was short
and sweet very dry and to the point
Please say it was his own hand that sent
His brilliant words and diabolical thinking to the
Curb, come back brother, are you ok? You are to all

Really I saw his last picture too and stalked his profile page with the wife
Just last night he was walking , facing away, a pine cone falling, was caught in that snap
A yellow BD bullet pack on his back and sneaking in the left upper corner was an assuie Shepard dog....

sorry,
my soul's gone
exclusively utility.

the dream is mechanical;
i march out my existence
via habitual steps
motivated only by
obligation,
all with hopeless discipline.

i seek no smile.
no love.
no joy.

i seek only the
distant death that
patiently awaits
my arrival.

though i know that i
must earn entry into
hell; i do not intend
to hasten life's pace,
i'll ride it out
not proudly but thoroughly.

duties be done.
bills get paid.
dining at the table
on plant-matter.
wife gets pleased.
children, educated.

so your project and i
do not get along;
it's not my necessity,
so i've no use for it
or for you whom
decorate this aweful
journey with artful
acts of courage and
beauty.

just pass on by.
and please don't notice
my tears.

Maybe he has a job interview and decided to clean up his online trail? Or maybe a legal case where he doesn't want his words used against him?

Could be lots of reasons.

A good decision deserves no justification indeed. Just remember change is the only constant, and this situation is a perfect example of this. I simply hope that said change may bring about a few snippets of poetic insight, when the time is right, of course.

Good man.

Seemed like his posts were getting more and more "i'm here I'm here", while the attention paid by other posters was on the gradual decline.

I'd imagine this is the next step in the attention-seeking-rampup?

Masterbumpers hating on masterbumpers.

Where is the love?

Can't well all just quietly bump our own threads?

I've always enjoyed his poetry too.

But I've held my tongue until now about his many statements regarding being drunk and depressed and how much his life sucks. He has TWO BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS!!! There is no greater gift on this earth and their presence in his life makes him fortunate beyond words. He's being a moron by being drunk most of the time and therefore not being present for them. Alcoholism is a form of child abuse.

Weeg, when you read this, if you haven't already done so, get off your self absorbed bleating whiny ass and get sober for your daughters!! If your poetry goes to sh#t because you are sober, who cares? Your girls need their one and only father.

Said with love and affection.

Norwegian oil revenue, re-invested in the interest of the public has resulted in a nation of millionaires. Furthermore, I've read that millionaires and billionaires live longer than others. Finally, billionaires were not found to have significantly greater longevity than millionaires.

Norse stock is hale and hearty. I hope this finds him well.

Weeg was (and I hope is and will be) one of my favorite posters to read. Having been through the valley of the shadow of death about ten years ago myself, I know the pathway through it - and the burdens that pathway lays on its travelers.

Best wishes, Norwegian! Please return as soon as you can.

He certainly likes to dance with his demons, but in the long run they eventually tear you apart. Having booze as your muse is sketchy. The tone in his prose was definitely changing.

Hope his daughters help him to find some peace.
