....my girlfriend was in the military most of her life. She personally agrees with the first quote, especially when you see men dressed in camo and clearly are not in the service (hair, earrings, neck tats).

Now for the rest of the "bitch fact" story...
Here's the latest indication that huge portions of the U.S. have missed out on the economic recovery: The number of black children living in poverty overtook the number of poor white children for the first time since the Census began tracking the children's poverty rate in 1974, according to a report released by the Pew Research Center on Tuesday.
As the U.S. economy improved, the number of white children living in poverty dropped from 4.9 million in 2010 to 4.1 million in 2013. Yet the number of poor black children declined much less. There were 4.4 million in 2010, and 4.2 million in 2013.
ALL under the current POTUS's watch.
Appears he hasn't done much for his own communities. Nor most of those communities that are led by Democratic leadership.. i.e. Chicago, Baltimore, D.C. St.Louis, Detroit etc etc etc....

I ride my Buell/HD regularly. I have been pulled over a total of seven times this year alone by CHP and County Sheriff's for BS stuff like too small of a mirror etc. Each time I was courteous etc. and let go after the normal DL, REG and Insurance formalities.
I got ten bucks that says I got pulled over more times for such petty BS this year than you have your entire life driving.

It is because of the lack of true leadership on the part of those that had the opportunity to calm the situs down and instead poor gas onto a onto the local original events, that this issue is where it is today.
The truth about police misconduct on youtube and twitter are the "gas" and nothing - NOTHING AND NOONE - is going to 'calm' the situation down given police abuse of blacks has been going on indiscriminately forever. Now that abuse is seeing the light of day for the first time en masse and the backlash will undoubtably continue for some time to come.

Ah Bruce, this was back in the early to mid 70's. There weren't cell phones or digi camera's back then. We only made a $378 a month after taxes back then as an E3. And we sure as hell didn't have a polaroid camera slung around our necks while in our blues either.
2/3rds of the local businesses in south VA BCH, Chesapeake and Norfolk proper back then were owned and operated by Blacks.
Even Clancy's, the local Titty Bar on VA BCH Blvd was owned by a retired Black BMCM (Master Chief).

or given that cops are just now being caught on video en masse, is it more like they are the ones being caught and many other cops continue to get away with harassing those they are sworn to 'serve and protect'

You're right... it's probably twice the amount of professional LEO interactions per day in this nation which I noted that go totally unnoticed.
Do you even know how many regular traffic stops are conducted alone in this nation per day are Compton?

a) "All of you" seems pretty inclusive. I don't see any limiting of the field in the OP. You didn't EXCLUDE who didn't speak poorly of cops.
2) There is no open season. Violence against cops is down.
