Donini! Here's a like for your kind words.
I am off tomorrow to McCall Idaho to re-create my 1970's arrogance on Slickrock, where I put up three new, long-runout slab-climbs. without placing bolts.
Hopefully, with some friends following, Mark Mason & I can "Geeze-up" and climb the 1960's 8 pitch 5.6 Three-Cracks route there on Weds.
It used to be a "girl-friend" romp, but I suspect I may be forced to take it a little more seriously, before I can be an arrogant "Old-Geeze" again.

Arrogance vs Arrogance
At the pinnacle of my arrogance,
I almost landed on my head,
Had I been much more arrogant,
I probably would be quite dead,
Yet I've retained some arrogance,
Though I clearly broke my back,
For words and conquests of the mind,
Or things for which I've found a knack,
And honoring my arrogance,
For gravity leaves no wiggle room
I've tempered best my arrogance,
From depravity and an early tomb.
