Keep a clean nose, watch your MongoDBs.

Security researcher Victor Gevers, co-founder of the GDI Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to making the internet safer, is urging administrators to check their MongoDB installations, after finding nearly two hundred of them wiped and being held for ransom.

On Monday morning, Gevers said he’d discovered 196 instances of a MongoDB installation exposed to the public that’s been erased and held for ransom. UPDATE: The count reached nearly 2,000 databases as of 4:00 p.m.

I've tried to just add links, as I was asked, I made an effort

as the water level rises
How high's the water mama?

The bus. Came by the boy missed it
opertunistically, took the camera with
When to the School I drove him.
The stumps of the willows are all gone.
The work crew was at it putting in a notice board.
The urban parks continued re-newal, confounds.
A waste of revenue and resources so profound.
I'm a tree hugger head band wearing softer lib.
I can not come out against this greenway spending.

Mmm-k?

Do not take pity
This whimsical ditty
In leu of fine words
With more meaning than body
Nothing so profound
All a 'glitter or gaudy
I would write something clever
Nothing lewd
Nothing naughty
So suffice as it may
That I've little to say
About sci-fi or spacemen
Or on AI and zombies
So feel free to grouse
When I don't think like Proust
I'll be saving my worst
For my last I must say
So look for me next
In a lonely soliloquy
Delivered from the riverbank
On the last day of February
With such fine words I shall give
Without effort or straining
As the tide's coming in
When it is still raining
If my waders hold up
I'll be slow realizing
They're my last words most likely
If the water's still rising

Seems posting at the same hands on a clock I've got to ask again :

How highes the water mon?

True that I've not said
zB,
Dawg your GIF's slow the heart and twist the optic me ers with a beautiful result!

I like to go back a trip merrily down the multi-color stream ,
Mentally traipsing thru high grass.

There is a globe light in my midst,

The bronze of the 1850s(?) Can-Can girl, upturned on her back engulfed in folds of skirts,
apparently juggling the globe , orb light with her extended skyward, feet.

Then where was I last? Before things got crazy,. .m.
#%^**+what is in the paste?

Or don't say you weren't warned!

Here's the money site:
http://www.eclipse2017.org/2017/path_through_the_US.htm

Eastern Oregon, Ideehoe, and Wyoming are the front runners.
I'm thinking E Oregon is most likely to have the best weather. I've been
skunked before and I don't that to happen again!

Some sites are saying that all the hotels in some of those areas are already booked, and campground reservations are full. I haven't checked myself, so don't know how true.

Bear Creek wasn't running as full as I had supposed it might have been--I went over to Applegate Park and the Veterans' Bridge on M Street to check on things.

Things are cool but muddy. The bike path is not even covered under the bridge.

The Strangeling Child

Descending from the forest rests
To an elvish lullaby of hope
The music of the woodland folk
Had lifted downturned spirits once
Their saw harps and armonicas
Did carry me to my home
Consoling and indemnifying
All lost to hardship and to woe

But this was just the prelude to
The looking glass into my dreams
More scurrilous than I would care
When I fell through the rabbit hole
Past book laden mahogany shelves
Where up was down and down was up
To first set eyes on the strangeling child
With his wild blue eyes and mane of brown

That door ajar to autumns breeze
Did let him enter as we slept
As he clipped a lock of puppies hair
Then out the door with stealth he slipped
Disappearing into the riverbank
To an earthen blind there made his bed
What wild and wolfish ways were his
When next I saw him in a dream

This strangeling child who was like me
Some wild and willful as they often are
Through blasted stone and furnace fire
Walking the labyrinthine scaffolds edge
The strangeling lived within me then
Yet the child long gone is still my friend
I'm not alone the spheres have spoken
Though I am grown the dream goes on

I have no valid proof to give.

Oakland Raiders and Dallas Cowboys played the NFL championship game in 1967
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVpL6TS0VnE

Since the Raiders had been guilty of under-performing this season, like the GS (no BS) Warriors, only to have the rug pulled out just when they had us believing, I thought the Daily Furnace sports section should pay our respects.

Madden was not the head coach, but an assistant on this team.
The Raiders played the Chiefs on Thanksgiving Day. The Lions had been playing a game on Turkey Day since 1934, while Dallas began playing one on the holiday in 1966 (by beating Cleveland).
