This is a long video but has a lot of excellent foot strengthening exercises.
They are tedious but I've committed to doing them.
Maybe they would be of benefit I don't think rest alone will do
I think stronger feet may be key.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OOJ9AQ1AEg
Now I know this would make the start of a good thread,
the topic line could read How's your Tootsies?
Mine no longer want to stay at home after climbing and try to walk off my feet.
The Cramping is exquisite, followed by the dislocation of the middle three "piggies"
Held aloft i think i might pass out, so I jump up and stomp down until the lights turn red and some relief flows Oh man when did I grow this old? I ws a teenager last I checked, pulling' pranks getting' smacked in the Head.

Found this on Skye Aubrey's FB pages. Skye is the blonde who played Christy in the Ellery Queen mystery I just posted. She's the daughter of Phyllis Thaxter, a Hollywood actress from an earlier era.

From the estimable R. Van Hooven:
"When all the parts are in place, why do you do it? You do it to make the world better. Who would not want to make the world better? And, so, that is the ultimate definition of being useful."--Roger Rosenblatt
edit for zBrown: It is hard to say.

It has been ongoing these last two weeks.
The crew is only working one shift, since it's not a federal project and the pork barrel is nowhere to be seen.
Am I pushing too hard, zBrown?

Man, now this? Second try at half past
Hey! Punk!
A post is a post unless of course it's a not and the same goes for climbz(for-shorten'd by camera angle)
SICK 'N TWISTED, The central deepest chimney, (sapling birch at mid-height)
I've climbed three exits from the large ledge on the right, straight up. Half way to & almost the along the skyline toward the summit block. I have no plans (yet) to return this fall.
When asked, I see the Schultz. . . I know nothing , nothing,
The Palisades,
also called the New Jersey Palisades
or the Hudson River Palisades. ... The cliffs stretch north from Jersey City about 20 miles (32 km) to near Nyack, New York. .on the west side of the lower Hudson River in northeastern New Jersey and southern New York, across the river from New York City.
Not the Palisadez, The Star Plain Bloc, showing 'It's A Hell Of Start'.
The block is visible from the road. My private 'eydehoe' but for how long?
the same camera took all three snaps, I'm going to send it in under warranty .the way it works doesn't work for me. You have to take at least 4 shots in a row to get that crap blurred focus, do these three shots demonstrate the claim I make? The Cannon repair has not understood my concern.

Why should I replace my 45 yr old Mammut Arova. Scotch Tarten patterned 8mm 45m (150,ft)
1/2 rope? it is lite, 3-4 pounds, has a fantastic tight weave sheath, and it's feel in hand is supple & sturdy.
Admittedly, the 50 year old Edelweiss extreme 45m(150ft) Scotch Tarten pattern seems to have doubled in weight.
I'm not falling on these ropes. I only use the Edelweiss as a fixed rappel line, the Mammut,
I love and use more.sunny thought while those fires rage.
Is it ironic?, DMT, Thea? A defunct? Church or was it the shot across the front quarter panel?
I .....? mfm do yo see that shot as ironic it ain't iconic unless it where Elvis was baptized, given
that DMT, travels took him into the Deep South I find ironic, that he has Rockaway NJ roots
Is Iconic!

Icon see nothink. I smell pineapple sherbet.
Missionaries had denounced the Fake Dance as pagan.
They called it obscene.
To the Hopeless, it was a religious ceremony of deep consequence.
Fast, praying priests, in secret rituals in their twisted, dark, cave-like kiva sucked down gallons of sherbet for sixteen days before the dance.
On the day of the dance they emerged from the dark, carrying Mammuts, Edelweisses, and Beals around their necks and draped over their shoulders and held high overhead in offering to the sun.
Some held in their mouths bits of webbing and old sling material ("tatta").
The priests danced solemnly around the empty cartons of sherbet that lay strewn about the mouth of the cave and processed, still dancing, into the central plaza.
The Hopeless people revere the priests, who are willing to risk their waistlines and boyish figures for the good of the people.
And the sign on the highway said, "Simple City, thirteen miles. Hopeless, infinity."

Skye (aka Sky) was a pioneer in so mahny wayz. I think he opted for Skye after stoned concert goers confused him with Sly (&Family) & kept requesting Everyday People (every f'ing day mind you). It gets tiresome.
Some have claimed that The Seeds were the first truly psychodelic band.
Tim Leary himself never challenged the statement, nor did Albert Hoffman. (and talk about the power of positive thinking Dr. Hoffmnan lived to 102).
He also invented gangs signs before even Uncle Remus had thought of them.

Gnome, you shouldn't have to trade in your camera.
We talked briefly on the phone about this. (I listened, of course, mostly, while you talked.)
The autofunkus is on the behoosis because of the dingus.
Check some lit on AutoFoci and you may find an Asner.
Merry Tylermoment!
At the least, read this.
