My thumbs up assumes you are tongue in cheek, @M1989. Otherwise, best of luck in hell on earth with the small-hearted orange clown.

Yeah, Tad, May in the Valley is prime time for climbing and falls-watching, but with the right selection of people, it seems to be a fairly decent setting for a binge, too!!
As to the move:
I'll be set up at Jamestown in mid-April as it seems right now.
As I explained to Tim in an email, Habitat for Humanity got a grant to help us Tioga tenants out. They are providing boxes and tape and help from college students to help us pack up, get rid of unwanted items, and so on.
But they also are providing a moving van and setting up dates to actually move us to our new locations. In addition, their representative says they'll be there daily next week and on through to the middle of the month of April.
The corporation which bought the building had nothing to do with originating this aid; it was all the idea of this person who is H for H's representative. When she heard of this eviction, she went to the corporation, suggested this action, and got the City Manager on her side. The new owners were convinced they should allow this activity and the CM even made a liberal donation to help out.
I consider myself fortunate: I don't have to search out and apply for a rental like several others here are still doing.
I had breakfast with Laurie this morning after talking with H for H. She is being moved out today by them. We'll keep in contact with one another. It's been fun having her to talk with the last couple months.
As I typed this, Laurie showed up at my door with eggs 'n' such from her refrigerator which she's not taking today. She was one of the lucky few who found a place without much hassle.
A thing basic to moving is a credit report. A couple here who are having trouble finding an affordable space were having to pony up $$ for a credit report at each location to which they applied.
The H for H rep told them to get a "certified copy" of the CR and show that to prospective landlords instead of paying good money for the same report each time. It is so great when someone you don't know shows up with what you need when you need it. I'm not saying it happens every time, but there might be something karmic going on when it does. Quien Saab?
It's a beautiful spring day here. I may go out and shoot some pics later, as the sky is full of drifting clouds.

For sure hooblie. DM is a great guy. I got to take a clay mineralogy class from him. Made me phyllosilicate savvy. My mum went to grade school and beyond with him. It's a small world despite seemingly large geographic distances.

Took a longish nap and woke up to...
MORE RAIN!!!!
Gone the sunny skies,
and now we've these runny skies,
and winter trumps the spring.
Tad, I'm 99% sure Tim will be cool with your over-nighting. It's just what I thought about suggesting to you anyway.

The right to bare arms is guaranteed to the citizens of the USA by the Constitution’s Second Amendment.
How do I feel about it?
Let me say that I’m all for tattoos, muscle shirts, swimwear, tank tops and going topless.
