Climbing chalk work well to stop bleeding in cuts. probobly not a great idea for serious ones though... Superglue to fix cracks and cuts in the fingers and broken nails so you can still play guitar,fiddl,mando etc.

Tried using Preparation-H for lip balm once. For all the good it did I may as well of shoved it up me arse.......
