The Gorge will eat up those Tri-cams... unless you let those bolts get in your way. Welcome and good move!

MrE--Good deal. We'll see each other around I'm sure. I'm the guy that rides a bike around everywhere and looks homeless but I actually do own a house. Oh wait...That's a bunch of us! :-D

(When did Frumy move to Bishop??)

E, I wish I could come down and hang out. But I'm off to a 2 week gig in WY and then straight to VVR on the west side for the summer.

Sometimes you gotta follow the $$$.

Well done, Mr. E! It looks like the move is not in the cards for me. My wife is more attached to the community we've built up here than I am, and I'm not willing to push her to leave it. Such a big decision must be a mutual one. So look for the 6'4" lanky climber of mediocre skill and his feisty 5'3" wife with kinky black hair at an East Side crag near you. We'll get over there as often as we can.

I'll continue to day dream now and then...

We moved up here from Berkeley in 1982. We didn't ask anyone what to expect, but that was prolly 'cause there was no way to go about such inquiry. So, we just went for it. After all, what did we, as 20-somethings, have to lose?

Everything. Everyday.

This is the price you will pay, if you attempt such a move.

There is, however, a redemption. But, you'll just have to find it for yourself. As with all good things.

Thanks so much for the kind words - before LA I was in Flagstaff and Bellingham before that, so looking forward to the smaller climbing community again.

Just finished up the Honey-Do list today, Whew!

Tomorrow we climb!

Bishop attracts me too. Got to be cheaper than mid-SF Peninsula next-door to Oracle.

If any of you peeps are thinking of buying in the Bishop area and you are looking for a realtor. You might want to try Karine Croft. She is at Owens Valley Realty. Her phone number is (760) 937-5099

She is very knowledgeable and fair. She sold my house in Sunny Slopes for a great price, then she found me a a fantastic home in Bishop.

I can't say enough good things about her!

Bump! Got a part-time job (3 days a week) at the Creekside Inn - Friday-Sunday, starting in June! Also, just got my license yesterday:

and a good bit of residential work locally (thanks to Karine!) and some commercial jobs in Mammoth - things are going well, and happy to be in Bishop!

Special thanks to Tom Grundy for giving me a place to park and hook-up the A-Liner.

So, Mister E, do the Burgeoning Bishop Bureaucrats consider SuperTopo a 'conspicuous'
place to post yer license?
