You are putting a moral judgement on Joe's inaction.
Over-moderation ruins sites. RC.com is a noob site now, and MP.com got lamer once it started getting heavily moderated. Sad to see St going the same way.
I wouldn't be sad to be banned if this is the way things are here now.

edit to add: now that ^^^^^ is WAAAAY more offensive to me that an art photo. if this were my site, any posting of twerking Miley turkey-ass would lead to immediate banzings!

Premiums are still up, site is still down, and Obummer is the worst POTUS in history. Yeah cause it's much worse to have an temporarily ineffective website than to kill tens of thousands needlessly while driving our country into it's darkest period ever both financially and in the eyes of the rest of the world.
Too bad there weren't any 'libs' around to ban your parents from having sex.
