I never get tired of looking at a fine neked female form.
Dean's a lucky man to capture those images.

Yeah.....what's your guess on the shutter speed, ISO and aperture?
Probably shot digitally. Raw file format, I'd guess.
Would still have an ISO, aperture and shutter speed. Sunny 16 would probably work on a lot of them.
would it be ok if the photos were scanned from a calendar that was bought?
No, even if you bought an original photo you are not buying the usage rights.

The bottom line is that the OP photos are excellent shots of beautiful women.
Why not leave it at that?
What's the point of arguing about photographic rights and what the models got paid. WTF is it to you all? Get a life.

My understanding is that copyright is implied and assumed, often for the lifetime of the author unless the author indicates otherwise.
The reality is different with the advent of digital technology and web based mass communication.
Enforcement of copyright infringement is too expensive for most of us.
Common courtesy is to ask permission and at minimum, ensure the works are explicitly attributed to their author.
Not sure if either happened in this case and if not, bad form.
