Only the second time I've done this little thingie the kids made up. The 4 holds going into the dyno are pretty thin, so maybe it's V4

An easier problem on the back side of the same boulder. Big sloper handholds and tricky feet.

I really like this photo I took of Michaela Kiersch last October on Jedi Mind Trick in the Buttermilk Boulders outside Bishop, California.

Wow! Floating crash platforms. That second problem looks hard and Mind Tricks looks tall. Nice to see some content on here.

Lately, I've been lucky enough to get out pretty regularly.

Tuesday: Following jogill's advice that oldsters should do lowball traverses, I went for one of La Barrosa's most physical V4s and failed on the last hard move

Yesterday, another lowball traverse:

Cool splitclimber! It's been a good fall season. The weather has been cooperative, I've had some free time, my hips are not an issue and some shoulder pain that was worrying me has disappeared.

I managed this "project"

A nice sit start problem that's a couple of grades easier
