I ran cross country in high school barefoot all the time.
I hiked from the valley to the top of half dome and back barefooted also.
I did barefoot bouldering behind Camp 4 on all the standard warmup problems also
It's no big deal at all.
Americans are generally just plain pussies and disconnected from the earth.
Their connections with nature is only lip service and hypocrisy.
In the third world people go barefooted in the rural areas all the time.
America is full of vain disconnected lip service people with so much destructive stoopid materialism .....
