Also, for all you people who say WE are no better than muslim terrorists in killing the innocent, please check your fire. And when you insist WE have to feed starving African kids, can we shoot the as#@&%es starving them? How about the poor children who are deprived, can we shoot the mother-f*#kers blowing up their schools?

I'm so tired of this moral equivocation. We are better, and we try to help people who suffer from evil.

You idiots will never understand the role of gov't. It worked well. It did it's true job. Protecting the innocent from those who would attack it.

Gov't did it's job, nice work FBI!!!

blue not to many critters more vicious than a cornered rat.

Boston police chief said (not in so many words) that the younger islamic terrorist brother may have intentionally

ran over his older terrorist brother to deny the police a live capture and any intel they might gain.

Tamerlan was handcuffed laying prone in the street, shot twice but still alive, while police had only seconds to jump out of the way of Dzhokhar
in the deadly SUV.

He then stopped just 200 more yards further then abandoned the SUV to run into backyards, which he could simply have done without running over his brother in the street. A rat indeed.

They weren't Religious Right Wing Extremists?
What were they then?

They definitely were not Secular Progressive Liberals, right?

and you call me stupid?
Have you heard of the concept of Projection?
I would say that is your SOP, claim everyone else is doing what "your side" does, or guilty of what "your side" has done. But they didn't do any of it, you projected it upon them.

Really, but then he'd be 200 yards closer to people with guns. Maybe he couldn't get there without driving thru the people. Maybe he didn't know his brother was there or couldn't avoid him or thought him dead. Maybe they had a pac about not letting the other get captured.

Making assumptions that someone has a chaotic, highly stressful, situation all mapped out is stupid.

They were already rats when they started their plan, no need to fantasize further.

Sen. Feinstein: Calling bombing suspect enemy combatant is ‘unconstitutional’

http://www.examiner.com/article/sen-feinstein-calling-bombing-suspect-enemy-combatant-is-unconstitutional

\Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) stated on “Fox News Sunday” that she disagreed with some prominent Republicans in their labeling of Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as an enemy combatant.

"I do not believe under the military commission law that he is eligible for that. It would be unconstitutional to do that," said Sen. Feinstein. "It should likely be a death penalty case under federal law," she added and used underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab as an example of an earlier successful conviction.

"Let me say this...one of the great things about America is that we come together at times of trial," said Feinstein. "I very much regret the fact that there are those that want to precipitate a debate over whether he's an enemy combatant or whether he is a terrorist, a murderer, etc."

On Saturday, Senators Lindsey Graham (R-S.C), John McCain (R-Ariz.), Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.) and Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.) said in a statement that Tsarnaev is “a good candidate for enemy combatant status.”

Feinstein, chairperson of the Senate Intelligence Committee, noted that law enforcement officials are busily building a strong case against Tsarnaev, and she expects him to be convicted in a civilian court. She pointed out that fingerprints, eyewitnesses and discussions the Tsarnaev brothers had with acquaintances would provide powerful evidence for a civilian case.

Feinstein said that she agreed with President Barack Obama’s decision to utilize a public safety exception to interrogate Tsarnaev instead of immediately reading him his Miranda rights.

"The Miranda rights can be read at a later time. He (Tsarnaev) has reportedly been shot through the throat. He's intubated. He can't talk now. So there is time to do the investigation, to make a clear assessment and to move from there," stated Feinstein. "I really regret all of this discussion, which is creating a conflict that need not be there. The administration is ready for this."

Tsarnaev remains sedated at a local Boston hospital awaiting various charges by federal and state authorities.

Hahahahaha

Yup - that literally is all they got.

The Weather Underground killed one cop - and they killed 3 of themselves when a bomb accidentally went off.

Meanwhile gun nuts are stockpiling arsenals in case...you guessed it... the cops show up.
