I dont blame them a bit for not wanting some POS islamic radical buried in their dirt. Not even the local land fills should be abused in that way.
Gdamn Ron, he's dead, it just doesn't f*#king matter. Nevada is typically the home of toxic waste burial, I think he should go there.

Now the boundaries delineated by crackers who had been there less than 3 generations before arbitrarily defining the geography of the state are somehow sacred?
What about all the witches that are buried there... from the infamous Witch Hunts?

While we are made to suffer over our own crazies, it seems that tolerance level has been squashed a bit for every one elses crazies.

According to today's WSJ Tsarnaev's homies in Dagestan didn't think he was
one of them, either, and basically sent him packing. They thought he was
a poser. I guess he showed them.

News reports today are claiming that the police have developed evidence linking both Tsarnaev brothers to a 2011 triple murder (my memory from earlier reports is that the murder occured on Sept. 11)in Waltham,MA, a Boston suburb close to Cambridge and Watertown. It had been known that one of the victims was an individual that Tamerlan Tsarnaev had claimed at the time was his best friend, but now the police are reporting forensic (likely DNA) and cell phone records for both brothers placing them either at or near the crime scene.

^If I can cut a deal for the body, would you stuff him?
In my not very humble opinion he should be put to work in the penal colony to pay for his food and left alone to think about it for the rest of his life however long that may be.
“It would have been so pointless to kill himself that, even if he had wanted to, the pointlessness would have made him unable.”

Wow...that's amazing. Public opinion in Boston was pretty strongly against the death penalty for this guy, much to my surprise.

Death penalty? Should rename it as justice delayed is justice denied.
History lesson. Feb 15th 1933, guy takes a shot at FDR, woman next to him accidentally bumps him and he hits a mayor right next to the President instead. He was sentenced to 80 years in jail. Later, the mayor died, so they revised the sentence. March 5th, 1933 the man was executed for the death of the mayor. Justice served. End of story. Anyone want to do that math? From the shooting to the sentence being carried out, less than 3 weeks.

Some portion of the directly impacted families prefer that the killer had been given a life sentence. The appeals process for them is a further emotional burden that they would rather not shoulder.
"The trial was bad enough, but this is ten times worse"
-Bob Dylan
A lot of death penalty (killing) advocates appear to be more concerned with themselves than the victims and their families.
Terminating the killer also terminates his suffering. I'm all for letting him suffer. He's gonna be looking over his shoulder no matter where he is and how long he lives.

Not everyone shares your glee...
Bill and Denise Richards, parents of the bombing's littlest victim, 8-year-old Martin, looked on stoically from the second row. They were against the death penalty.

Many of the jurors (who served the sentence) apparently broke down in tears after it was announced by the judge. That decision would be an unenviable task for anyone, except for some ST armchair QB'er 'hardliners'.

Like they been sayin' for years now, if you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
The killer wasn't mentally impaired in anyway, he made his choices. Now he should live with them. This wasn't a "crime of passion". It was a thought out (malice aforethought), planned slaughter and maiming of innocent people.
Save your pity for the animals, who don't make these kind of choices.

Don't disagree with the penalty or have pity on him.
Just agree with this statement by the prosecutor...
“It is not a day for political or moral debate. It is a day for reflection and healing.”
