In deference to my eastside friends who would rather not ski home these dates are solid moving forward and precede the Banff Festival.

You would have had a blast too Jim...if you could lower off and show up. LOL

Offering the finest excuse for a couple of rest days that we can manage is Job One. Job Two is getting you to relax...and join in the fun Sergeant Rocktober.

I met Hardings girlfriend at the Nose Reunion. What a super gal, witty and stories galore....Beryl, Beastly Woman, I believe.

Two memories that really stick in my head about the Festival:

One is Barry Bates' laugh. That laugh speaks soulful volumes.

The other is Alex Honnold's remark about our generation of climbers. Something about really fit homeless people.
