The book came in today at Desert Rock Sports - got it at lunch. Now to avoid reading it instead of working...haha.

This is what I found, checking around. REI ain't selling this yet.
I liked that photo of CMac at the Book Repository.
It is odd you posted that, too. When Gene called to let me know he was in town yesterday, I figured it might be him and I answered the phone,
"Supertopo Warehouse, yeah, what?"

Just rang up and it looks like it'll be another few weeks before I can order any in the UK, hopefully before April.

Lombardi Sports in SF carries some of your guides (where I got my south lake guide), but no how to big wall book. I'll try to poke at the buyer to carry them.

Checked out the book today chris, wow incredible. Love the horsepower-at-the-wheels approach. Most of the techniques that took me from failing on Grade IV's to climbing my first grade VI are in there, love the 2 aider idea and an emphasis on using hand/footholds for faster progress. Haven't been following the threads, maybe much of this was covered, but awesome presentation!
