Well, my local shop is already on the list, Desert Rock Sports. Not by my doing, but still glad that it will be available locally.
Even got a text message from the owner yesterday that the book was coming in haha. So he is actively promoting it, just as an FYI. Looking forward to reading it!

Have you reached out to Wilderness Exchange (Denver) and Bent Gate (Golden, CO). I'm afraid I won't be able to get to either of these soon but maybe you could give them a ring or shoot em an email? Both are awesome shops that do cater to some of the CO big wall climbers.

Mountain Air Sports, two locations. San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara.
Sent in an e-mail asking if they have your Big Wall book.
The hook has been set.

I will try to get U.S. Outdoor Store to carry it.
I can try Powells Books too.

I will mention next time I am in the AZ Hiking Shack. It is the only independent gear shop in the Phoenix metro area. They have a pretty good sized climbing department. You should give them a call.

Hi Chris,
I order your books for Wilson's Eastside Sports in Bishop. Just sent you an order for a couple, plus some others that we were running low on. Good luck with the new book!

I second Metalmark Gym in Fresno. They carry lots of other guides. Lots of Big Wall aspirants up in there.
Ask to speak to Marie. She's not a climber but she's the local manager. Most of the other folks behind the desk are climbers, call em up.

This is what I found, checking around. REI ain't selling this yet.
I liked that photo of CMac at the Book Repository.
It is odd you posted that, too. When Gene called to let me know he was in town yesterday, I figured it might be him and I answered the phone,
"Supertopo Warehouse, yeah, what?"

Checked out the book today chris, wow incredible. Love the horsepower-at-the-wheels approach. Most of the techniques that took me from failing on Grade IV's to climbing my first grade VI are in there, love the 2 aider idea and an emphasis on using hand/footholds for faster progress. Haven't been following the threads, maybe much of this was covered, but awesome presentation!
