I dont care if you are rep or dem, black white gay straight, there are many poor people of every walk of life who use and abuse public assistance. There are also many rich people of every walk of life who use and abuse the system.
I personally know people at both ends of the spectrum that are these users and abusers.
Us hardworking americans in the middle are being f*#ked at both ends. That is how I see it. It isn't race or cultural, it is as#@&%es and thier numbers are growing at an alarming rate.
Hard working dems and reps should get together about this. It seems to me both sides are manipulated to be pit against themselves they fail to see the root cause. Assholes.

Ron asked "Racism or Culture"
here are five definition of CULTURE
which one of these is the one this thread by Ron is about?
CULTURE

that which is excellent in the arts, manners, etc.

a particular form or stage of civilization, as that of a certain nation or period: Greek culture.

development or improvement of the mind by education or training.

the behaviors and beliefs characteristic of a particular social, ethnic, or age group: the youth culture; the drug culture.
ny guess is that when Ron talks about CULTURE he is talking about number 5, because his examples are negative, as in close to RACISM in their negative descriptions of behavior
all of the other definitions are actually positive attributes of a particular group of people
I am not making a judgement of any kind, just trying to help with Ron's original question: Are these things being talked about CULTURE or RACISM?
I have always thought that CULTURE was the good and positive things about a group of people, such as their education, love of close families, arts, etc
I have never considered for example that an entire nationality of people is criminal just because that population has some criminals in it, America is not criminal because we have criminals
