Ken, where are the posters?? The visitors centre doesn't even know about this presentation. East auditorium is the one behind the visitors centre right???

Don't forget this in your weekend plans - it may be the first time that Ed has spoken in the Valley about his climbs, since 1962 anyway.

I was somewhat disappointed with the presentation since it appeared to be mostly about his photography, a series of disconnected (tho excellent!) shots of mountains that he's taken over his lifetime. But his narration was nearly devoid of personal stories about the pictures nor did he seem to make much connection with the audience, even during the Q & A that followed. Far less lively or engaging than last year's Salathe Wall event where Tom Frost was FABULOUS!

Since his audience was mostly climbers, he might have told more about his climbing career which is extensive. But he did admit that he didn't tailor his slideshow to this audience.
