Friday the 6th or Saturday the 7th would be best for me. Since Jim is bringing the BBQ, I will bring some Carne Asada to grill up, along with some salsas and tortillas.

OK, it's sounding a lot like Saturday Sept 7.
That'd be two weeks today.
Will probably check in with Katy and do a preparatory pass with the forest razor and weed whacker.
Will rig a Special Effects fire with propane flame bar and ceramic logs for faux ambience.
No booze in the park etc.

Damm ... I can't make ANY of the proposed dates. Maybe next year. I'd sure like to meet more of the younger climbers.

Sounds cool, I gotta work that night so depending on what time y'all show up I may or may not make it.

I'm coming up from Screwattle on Friday. I will probably get a room in Squamish. If I could get a kitchen to do some prep, I could rock the food. Otherwise, I will bring pre-prepared stuff in a cooler and make do. If someone has a camp table that would be nice.

Jim, when you say BBq, does that mean you have a grilling device? I can cook the Carne Asada on anything from an open fire to a skillet on a stove. I just need to know what I'm dealing with and plan accordingly.

The food will be free and prepared with love.

Peace out.

Hey Wayno!

Nina and Kyle have kindly volunteered their kitchen for prep work. She is going to make her pulled pork.

I have a few extra lawn chairs i think i could bring, as seating was lacking last year. We could bring some paper plates and plastic cutlery too.

Looking forward to it. Looks like we're gonna have some nice weather too!

Sorry to report that work may keep me from attending this year.
If that turns out to be the case, in the words of Yabo "Arc On With the Power of the Burnouts of Gore"!

Early bump for the third annual Psyche Ledge party. I need to make sure I get the time off work. Let's set a date. Any suggestions?

I want to take a whole week so I can get more climbing in. I really want to go climbing bad.

Hey Squishers!

Several of my close friends and a Friendly Ghost are planning on being in town from September 13- 21 so if you folks are up for having this party on either weekend we would be honored to attend!

The weekend of the 20-21 would be best as we will be badly in need of liquid medication (and Psyche) by that point. But earlier works too if Big Mike can delay his exit a couple of days we should be able to get there by Saturday evening without too much problem.

Just a thought as it would be fun to see everyone and the timing seems perfect!

My vote is for Saturday the 13th and hopefully Big Mike can trade a couple days of granite climbing there for here.

I look forward to it!

Anyone seen my buddy Mel Loveduck Fish lately?

Steve, as much as i would love to do that, we are heading to four different climbing destinations over three and a half weeks, and even though it sounds like a lot of time, when you break it down to how many days in each place and driving miles ect it would make a hectic trip even crazier... No thanks. Lol

I think you guys should do it on the 13th. Then Steve and Dave can attend and Jim Donini will be in town too so maybe you can rope him in!

Everyone must bring their cameras and take lots of pics for me!! ;)

So Big Mike is too cool to climb in Squamish? Is that what I'm hearing??

Got better places to go eh?

Where in the world is there better climbing in mid Sendtember than Squamish?!?!!?

:-)

Would love to tip a glass or do some cragging with Steve G, Ghost, Wayno, Donini or any other ST visitors in town during that time(or ST posters who live around here too). Like Tami I'm off Sunday/Mondays too.

Edit-

Has anybody considered the possibility of - gasp- more than one party on psyche ledge during September?!

We've been sticking to the second Saturday in September.
This year it's the 13th and that's what I'm planning for.
Suit yourself.
