Hopefully it will be out by early June. Looks like about 700 +- routes and 420 +- full color pages. I will post up when I have a firm printing date. Paul (with the assistance of Brett Marty, Mason Werner, Saylor Flett, and myself) has put in a huge amount of effort on this. (Btw, takes about two months to receive copies after the FINAL version is sent to the printers. Rowboat from Hong Kong, then clearing customs, etc.)

Any update on the book? I've been checking out Frenchman's, pretty neat place and if nothing else the dog LOVES the lake.

Had to get away from the smoke in Tahoe/Truckee yesterday.
For the Reno gang; if you're looking for a quick place to climb out of the smoke from the King fire, Frenchman Lake (40 minutes from Reno, closer than Donner) was clear of smoke yesterday. Not a destination crag, but some fun, shorter routes. Fall is the best time of year to climb there; warm enough that the north facing stuff is perfect temps and the south/west facing stuff is cooling down enough to be comfortably climbed in the mornings/late afternoon
And...the guidebook for this area (and the rest of Northeast California) came out in the spring. Available from camp4press.com or any local shop.
